Komodo-10 is an oil-activated hydraulic robot, which is mainly composed of robot body, engine and traveling motor. The total weight of the robot is about 1.2 tons. The 30Kw diesel engine is matched with a closed hydraulic system and a combination of variable motors to take into account the high torque and high-speed maneuvering scenarios, and the chassis movement is flexible. Optional multi-string gear pumps can be installed to provide hydraulic source for tools such as breaking and demolition, making it a multi-purpose machine. The 6-shock suspension system optimized for 1.2 tons of overall quality has good shock absorption effect; the friction belt with rubber + Kevlar fiber is smoother than the traditional engineering crawler chassis, more suitable for high-speed maneuvering, and provides protection for rapid deployment. The body frame adopts lightweight design, which can be matched with water collector, fire water cannon and other components, and the fuel tank, hydraulic tank, engine status quo components are highly integrated to reduce the deadweight of the body.
