Flood Control Robot

In order to solve the non-contact drainage and rescue of underground garages and sinking tunnels, A Flood Control Robot is equipped: it adopts non-electric drive remote control crawler type, and its appearance and performance have independent intellectual property rights.

  • Parameters of the remote Flood Control Robot:

  2. Engine form: horizontal transverse engine, gasoline, four-stroke, air-cooled, engine power ≥ 35 horsepower, the engine used has obtained the form approval certificate issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

  3. The control panel is equipped with two sets of hydraulic output ends to drive two hydraulic tools with a flow rate of ≥35 liters/min, and one set of hydraulic output ends can drive hydraulic tools with a flow rate of ≥75 liters/min. Hydraulic output power is provided for submersible pump operation under working conditions. (Check the sample as the standard)

  4. For the convenience of transportation, the working weight of the whole machine (kg): ≤850kg. (Issue the original test report issued by a third-party testing agency to prove it)

  5. In order to facilitate the transportation of existing emergency vehicles, the drainage robot (length, width and height) should be less than or equal to 1800*1200*1300mm. (Check the sample as the standard)

  6. The maximum drainage capacity of a single caliber is ≥600m³/h. The pump head integrated in the drainage robot is a hydraulic submersible pump, which does not need to be connected to a suction pipe. The pumping capacity has a certificate issued by a third-party organization. (Video proof of traffic test will be provided at the bid evaluation site)

  7. Maximum lift: ≥12m, maximum drainage distance ≥100m, diameter of solids that can be pumped ≥20mm, each set is matched with 8-inch drainage belt of ≥50 meters, the water belt is anti-freezing and soft in all seasons, and can withstand pressure of ≥13 kg (including quick-change joint 2 Yes), with a tarpaulin cover of the applicable size.

  8. Mobility: wireless clearance remote control radius distance ≥ 100m, maximum walking speed ≥ 2.5 km/h.

  9. In order to meet the emergency needs: the volume of the fuel tank is ≥ 70 liters, and the continuous working capacity is guaranteed for ≥ 7 hours.

  10. It can be directly driven into the water for drainage operations, the maximum wading depth: ≥700mm, and it is equipped with a sensor to automatically stop the front. (Check the sample as the standard)

  11. In order to meet the needs of emergency operations at night: the equipment is equipped with LED front and rear lights, and the power of a single lamp head: ≥20w.

  12. Provide samples that conform to the model specifications of the bidding documents. (Sample seals need to be affixed and stamped with the official seal of the bidder and the manufacturer).

  • Semi-automatic hose storage machine:

      In order to improve efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers, it is equipped with an electric mechanized water belt laying and recycling equipment with independent intellectual property rights. (Patent certificate should be provided at the bid evaluation site and the original should be checked. At the same time, detailed design drawings should be provided with the official seal of the manufacturer):

  5. Full power working capacity: storage and laying ≥5000 meters of water hose.

  6. Shipping size: ≤1600*900*350mm. (Check the sample as the standard)

  7. For perfect matching, the electric mechanized water belt laying and recycling equipment must be of the same brand as the remote-controlled waterlogging robot. (The manufacturer needs to issue a certification letter stamped with the manufacturer's official seal).
